Barre classes are in the studio, outdoors, and live online.There is no need for any previous ballet
experience. Pilates classes are indoors in the studio. Yoga is private or 2:1 in the smaller studio.

 BarreConcept® Classic

Barre Classes take place in the large Studio in Rüschlikon, online or outdoors where the barre component contributes to the Outdoor Circuit class. There is no need for any previous ballet experience.

  BarreCircuits (outdoors)

When a barre class meets circuit training. We warm up with a 20 minute classic Barre section and then take to cardio intervals and strength training ‘Stations’. Clients have the chance to work at their own tempo and on specific body parts that challenge them the most. Locations vary but include by the lake and in the forest.

 Yoga

Yoga is for every BODY and anybody should be able to access it, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This Vinyasa inspired yoga offers a step by step guide for beginners, delivering safe, creative and effective small group and private sessions with enough mental and physical challenge yet without becoming too spiritual. More challenging, themed sessions for experienced clients, both women and men, can also be booked. Expect an educational and informative class.

 Pilates

This group mat class moves fluidly between classic and modern pilates exercises. Every week has a theme focusing on one aspect of strength, flexibility and/or posture. Get in touch and try a free trial class.

Personal Training and Coaching

With a depth of fitness knowledge ranging from competitive sports (running, cross country skiing, swimming) to functional pilates (TRX, Runity and Core Allign) then you can quickly benefit from Christine´s 20 years experience. Sessions are never quite the same. Creativity and sensitivity maintain momentum and add interest for those who find staying fit a challenge.
